About Us

Cozy Cove Marina was envisioned by founder Zell B. Skinner in 1947 when he discovered this cozy paradise while venturing south with his son James on their Elco Trader Yacht. It has been family owned and operated for 3 generations. During the last 68 years, the Skinner family has carried on this vision by providing a facility that can completely support the customer’s needs. Papa Skinner wanted everyone to enjoy the boating lifestyle he grew to love, and his favorite line was, That’s why it’s called Pleasure Boating! We continue to strive to meet the customer’s highest expectations for a pleasurable boating experience.
